Once we ship your order we will email you an order number with tracking information. This way you will always know where your order is. If you did not receive a tracking number within 3 days and you were not emailed regarding your order, please email us to let us know info@luloswim.com
Exchanges are welcome as long as they are returned within the 14-day return period (No refunds). The item must be in the same condition as you received it. We hold the right to refuse an exchange (Please refer terms and conditions tab for more info).
We advise you to refer to our size chart, if you happen to fall in between sizes we suggest you go a size up, Lulo swimwear’s bikinis and onesies run small.
